RESEARCH AND LINKAGES

The Department of Institutional Linkages, Research and Public Private Partnership was established with the mandate of identifying and exploring areas of collaboration with Local and Foreign Institutions, Government Agencies Ministries and Departments and Private Organizations. The Office involves in Instituting, Planning, Monitoring and Implementation of these activities. In each case, a Memorandum of Understanding is expected to be signed after identifying areas of interest and cooperation in order to kick-start collaboration targeted at mutual benefit.

Modalities for establishing a Partnership/Collaboration with the University

Universities (Local and Foreign), Government agencies, Multinational Companies, Organizations and individuals who wish to Partner or Collaborate with the University will have to do so through the University Linkages office, putting in mind the under listed guidelines

•    A visit to the University
•    Identification of possible areas of collaboration or partnership
•    Submit a detailed proposal showing action plans and potentials for mutual benefit.
•    Make a presentation to the University management
•    Drafting and signing a binding MOU as agreed by the University Management and Collaborator.
