LEGAL UNIT

The office was established in 2012.

The unit is designed as part of the office of the Vice–Chancellor.

It was established to cater for the ever increasing legal needs and problems of the University.

Thus due to the numerous litigations  arising  from transactions with external persons, staffs, students of the University the establishment of what is now known as the  legal Unit came into existence.
