PROFILE OF SECURITY HEAD

Mr. Onakpoma Oboroghenerukohwo is the Acting Chief Security Officer of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources,Effurun.

He holds a BSc degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and he is currently pursuing a PGD in Criminology. He is a member of International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS), International Security Association (ISA), Switzerland and Royal AmbassadorsNigeria, a Paramilitary Organization of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.

He has participated in several security conferences and trainings such as:
•    Strategic and Critical Facilities Protection;
•    Managing Security Emergencies;
•    Psychology of Crime and Criminal identification;
•    VIP Protection and Crowd Escort;
•    Intrusion and Access Control in Church Premises;
•    Bomb threats; prevention, search techniques and Response Guiding;
•    Effective Fire, Safety and Security Management

He also bagged an award of support from the Student Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun.
